Well I haven’t been putting the as many hours in as I had planned this month, in fact I haven’t put in many at all, partly because of the world cup and partly down to a really bad pain I’ve had in my shoulder that I picked up last week. Unfortunately it’s my right arm (mouse hand) so it’s really painful when I’m playing. I’ve been taking some painkillers lately and it seems to help, although one of the side effects are they make me sleepy.
There’s 19 days left this month and I’m going to aim to play 200k more hands, I haven’t played more than 7k hands in a day this year so it’s going to be really tough but I’m going to try really hard to get it done.
I’ll watch this video to help motivate me each day

I’ll update my progress every 3-4 days.

Hello Mathew!
Gl with the grind.
Wanted to ask – how much time you need (playing 24 tables of 0.25/0.50) to earn 10k VPPs, for example?
Just curious, because last month I played 65 hours of 20-24 Double or Nothings at once 20$ buy-ins and earned 7k VPPs. Is the speed of earning VPPs that much bigger in Ring games?
Thanks for your answer

Are you using a table manager for that many tables? Currently anything more than about 6-7 tables and I start to crack and can’t keep up with play properly.

AAZ – At $50nl I’m getting around 0.16/hand or 1 in 6.25 hands, if you 24 table for a period of a few hours you’ll probably average something like 1300 hands per hour.
1300/6.25 = 208 vpps per hour
10000/208 = 48 hours
It’s alot easier to grind vpps at highstakes sng’s, people like jorj can get 3m vpps without putting in as many hours as a player grinding 1m vpps at 100nl fullring but at the lower stakes sng’s it’s pretty difficult to grind many vpps, especially with the double or nothings because the rake is alot lower.

@ TToPoker
All I use is table ninja to auto buy me in for the table max and to auto sit out next big blind, other than that it’s all me.
24 tabling is easy, the hard part is answering all the questions in the rail, I try my best to reply to everyone who asks me something but it can be tough sometimes.

@ Mazao
I currently have around 53k vpps, I’m aiming to get supernova in 3-4 weeks and around 400k for the year.
It’s been a slow start because moving up from the microstakes has meant I’ve had to put work into my game, It’s been tough whilst running below ev at $100nl but I’m getting used to the swings now and am more comfortable playing.
